On Sunday July 19, 2009 Peyton turned 2 years old!!! He had a pool party it was warm but not quite that warm, but the kids enjoyed getting in the pool and Lance got in with them. All the kids loved jumping in the inflatable jumping pit it was probably the highlight of the day and then the little ones also enjoyed running through the big ball sprinkler. He had such a good turnout, his friends that came were Braylon Ellis (cousin) Austin Howell, Ty & Tre Baker, Ben & Morgan Omstead, Addison Brown, Dylan, Drew & Dane Rising. Oma, Opa, Aunt Belle, Aunt Kyky, Great Grandpa John, Papa, Grandma Di, Uncle Tommy, Katey, Nick & Melanie Earhart, Andrea and Alvin Howell, Eddie & Suzanne Baker, Missi Omstead, Haley Brown & Chris, Matt & Kris Rising were all the adults that helped Peyton celebrate!! There were also four dogs: Scuddles, Bubbles, Cleo and Chloe. The day was absolutely great, that morning daddy went and got donuts and then Peyton took an early nap and was ready to go when he got up. It was a little difficult for mommy that morning actually the whole week, I just can't believe my baby boy is two, where did the time go. Once the party started I didn't have time to think about it. Peyton was so shy when it came to his cake and opening presents, he cried and wanted mommy but that's okay he will do it on his own in time. We opened all the presents that family and friends brought and then I made him go around and thank everyone, well actually I said thank you but he went with me and gave some kisses but got more than he gave. When he opened presents from mommy and daddy with just the three of us he was all about it and had a blast!
