We had my 15 year Savannah High School Reunion on Saturday August 21, 2010 at Moila County Club. A few of us met up before the reunion and were able to catch up. It was great to see so many people and reconnect. It was great to get to spend time with my best friend Trent and his family.

We went to the Yankee’s game on Friday August 13, 2010. Peyton was so excited to watch baseball and he wanted a baseball bat, which he got and showed off to everyone. He enjoyed watching the game for a little bit and then he had fun riding the carousel a couple of times. There were two rain delays and so left once the second one started. We were sad since we missed Friday night fireworks but the game didn’t get over until 12:50am, so it would have been a long night. There were definitely more Yankee fans and we had a great time!!!

We went on our yearly family vacation to Table Rock the week of August 8-12. It was the hottest week of the year with heat index everyday of at least 105, so we were in the water most of the time and you got no relief when the boat was going. We had a blast and Peyton learned how to jump off 8 to 10 foot cliffs and he absolutely loved it. He really enjoyed spending so much time with his cousin and they were able to really connect, so much fun listening to them talk and stick up for each other.

We had Lance’s 20 year Truman High School Reunion on Saturday August 7, 2010. The reunion was at the Hyatt at Crown Center and a group of us stayed at the Westin. It was a fun time and we walked away with a lot of new memories….Lance and his corn and ham pizza…Steve asking if Springfield was closer than it use to be…Will how do you get to the Westin, it’s not on the plaza. We took a late night swim thanks to Lance knowing security so we wouldn’t get kicked out. So much fun to hang out with good friends and to make new friends!!
